Elena Flores is a Costume Designer for film and theatre. She is the 2015 winner of the Octavio Carlin award for best costumes at Hollywood Fringe Festival. Having designed and created costumes and fashion around the world including Prague, Milan, Washington DC, and Los Angeles – she has finally settled here in Los Angeles and is looking forward to more work on the West Coast.
